Fabulous, Lazy Thursday

Dinner is simmering, Ava is playing, so here I am uploading photos from this afternoon with Laura and Kevin at the Grand Lodge.  It was fabulously empty at the Lodge today and we chilled with the two kiddos outside on the gigantic lawn- think Great Gatsby.  And though Kevin and Ava had a fun red ball to play with and the entire place to themselves, they stayed close by us and decided that old cigarette butts, smooshed tater tots on the ground, and acorns were the.best.ever. *sigh*. Good thing I had good company and beautiful weather.  It was fun just to hang out and talk with a girlfriend.

Laura - the Grand Lodge is ours; this better be a regular thing we do AT LEAST once a week.  Weather permit. ;)
