Ava has been quite the busy baby these past few weeks. Her inhuman energy level combined with her undying curiosity of everything in arms reach has left me to ponder whether or not I should purchase yet another baby contraption to add to our already baby-rized home. She has a jungle playmat that she loves to play on in the morning and a swing that she blissfully relaxes in before bed, but nothing to occupy her busy self during the day. A long, tiring day where she insists Mommy hold her at shoulder length AT ALL TIMES, might I add.

It is with this conclusion that I'm tempted to go the Babies R Us Memorial Day sale today and purchase an exersaucer or walker to entertain our busy little bee. BUT, before I do that, I quickly researched the toys online and found that they are ridiculously large, busy, and kind of funny looking. The first thing I thought of was that Ava would look like Ripley in the powerloader from the movie Aliens. Are looks less important that the functionality of the exersaucer? It just looks so...bulky and strange. Take a look for yourself, what do you think?
