Labor, Delivery, & A Thing Called Baby
Time and sleep is of the essence, so I'll keep this post short and sweet with pictures of the whirlwind of events/emotions that happened this past week. I'll post more in-depth stories of our birth story and our first week home at another time, so be sure to check in later!

Ava's so alert! She's got big eyes. I especially like the mother/daughter pics, the one where she is lying on Lia's chest right after delivery and with both looking at the camera. Kent looked pregos in that one pic, too, but looking prego and being prego is like night and day. Tiny little fingers, tiny little toes...so perfect. She looks so full already, round cheeks, chubby arms, she's starting out healthy and strong. I heard her crying -- she sounded like an older child! Such strong lungs! Good job, Mommy! Welcome to the club Mommy and Daddy...

Lia & Kent, Congratulations! What a feat huh? Welcome baby Ava...It's Aunty Tina...I hope to give you a big kiss when I see you. You smile big just like your mama. You have wonderful parents that will do their best to give you the world. Love you guys!
I miss you Ava. Sooooo cute and comfie in her car seat. I'll see you guys in a few weeks. Many hugs and kisses from Gramps.
